Prices are intended per apartment per week - 7 days from sunday to sunday

TYP B : (2+2 pers.) 1 double room, 1 Shower-bath , 1 living room with Lounge bed and Kitchenette, Balcony.
TYP C : (4+2 pers.) 2 double room, 2 Shower-bath , 1 living room with Couch and Kitchenette.
TYP CIRUM : (4 pers.) 2 double room’s, 1 living room, 1 Kitchenette, 1 Bathroom and Shower-bath, balkony
Elegant Apartments star House in Alpine style at a unique spot on a sunny slope.
The house is situated 500 mt. from centre of the village in direction Passo Pordoi (2 minutes by car)
in a tranquil and sunny position, and very important, near the skirun of Portavescovo-Pordoi and Sella Ronda,
so you can start skiing without moving the car.
There is also the possibility where is located the skiroom, to dry the skiboots with a general skibootsdryer.
Each apartment is fully furnished with bed linen, bath- and kitchen towels. Heating, Gas-, water- and electricity consumption, visitor's Tax and final cleaning are included in the rent.
Each apartment are equipped with Dishwashing machine, Elecricity Stove, Refrigerating, Satellite-Tv.
Washing mashine and drier to chips.
Garage on demaind (35,00 Euro x Week).
Airport Ski Shuttle from/to Venice and Treviso
The minimum rental period is generally one week, from Sunday to Sunday.
Please plan your arrival for Sunday between 4 pm to 9 pm and inform us about possible delays.
Departure should take place Sundays before 9.30 am.
Reservations are binding upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total rental-price.
The amount will then be detracted from the total, however it will not be returned if you do not take up the booking.
In case of belated arrival or premature departure the full price for the booked days will be charged.(art.1 e art.10)
In the event of cancellation of the booking, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
All Apartment in the hotel are NON-SMOKING Apartment!
Payment: the above prices apply if you are paying in cash, 1,50% tax on all other forms of payment.
Bail (depot): Euro 50,00
Final cleaning: The Dishes and the Refrigerator Have to be Left CLEANED!
Dogs allowed only on request.
You can bring your Dog with you, the charge for dogs is 45,00 € per Week + final cleaning.
Please bring you your own blanket or basket.
Info: on the Day of departure the Apartment is inspected and damaged. Should the resident find some damage on arriving, he should inform immediately the reception to Hotel garni Royal so as to avoid misunderstanding.
